Hand Crafted Cakes

Due to overwhelming demand please try to give us as much notice as you can for celebration cakes. A limited range of "express" celebration cakes are available to order at short notice i.e. within a couple of days; likewise cupcakes.

From our shop in Rochdale, Gtr Manchester, Brown's Cakes can make you a wedding cake or celebration cake that tastes great and looks fabulous too. The cake is often the centre piece to a celebration, whether it's a wedding, birthday, christening, anniversary or other occasion. At Brown's Cakes we are passionate about designing and making special quality cakes that all have attention to detail invested in them to produce that "wow factor!"

We hope you like the cakes on our website, but please remember that these are only a guide to what we can make. All the cakes on the website can be made exactly as you see them or with slight changes to cater for personal preferences. We really enjoy making unique cakes specially to cater for individual needs, so please just let us know what you'd like, as almost anything is possible! Also, please try and give us as much notice as possible because there are times when we get really busy - thanks!

Cream Teas are now being served at the shop so why not call in, sit down, relax and sample a nice drink and bite to eat? Whether yours is a pot of tea, a cafetierre of coffee or a cold drink; a scone with jam and cream or a mouthwatering cupcake, you'll be sure to enjoy yourself.

Lovely cup cakes in flavours such as vanilla with jam, lemon, chocolate chunk, almond & amaretto etc are available to purchase daily. Priced at £1.50 individually, or at £7, £10 or £19 as part of a specially presented gift box set of 4, 6 or 12 cup cakes respectively. A selection of flavours are baked on Thursday, Friday and Saturday each week, but if you'd like a particular flavour, would like more than 4 cup cakes or require them on a different day, then please place an order at least 2 days before to guarantee them.
